The first step to healthy is to change everything unhealthy.

After steadily gaining weight for almost 3 years, I'm trying to change everything about my lifestyle.

EXERCISE. HEALTHY EATING. INSPIRATION.

My new pledge: do 20 crunches and 20 pushups or squats (depending on how my arms feel) for every new follower.
