The first step to healthy is to change everything unhealthy.
After steadily gaining weight for almost 3 years, I'm trying to change everything about my lifestyle.
EXERCISE. HEALTHY EATING. INSPIRATION.
Check out my personal blog: New Connelly Girl.
Also check out my blog where I post lots of pretty things:
Look at all the Pretties.
Female Student: Miss, why aren't you having a donut?
Male Student: It's because she doesn't want to get fat!
Female Student: You can't say that! You can't ever tell a lady she's fat.
Male Student: But I didn't! I said she's *not* fat.
Female Student: Well... okay.
Male Student: Miss, you're not fat. You can eat the donut.
It was super delicious.
My hubby said he’d come to yoga with me on Wednesday, because I always ask him to come and make him try any new poses I learn, and he’s always so good at them.
Plus, he’s always talking about wanting to get healthier and just not having the motivation to try anything.
2 handfuls of blueberries
1/2 an avocado
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4-1/2 cup skim milk
It’s blowing my mind right now. This is the absolute best post-yoga treat I could have made for myself.
I’m maintaining my weight.
I think I’ve succeeded in one of my ultimate goals: I’ve changed my mentality about food and exercise enough that I can stop gaining weight.
I chose to eat fruit or veggies, I chose to walk around the block or up the stairs, even when I don’t have to.
And I’m looking forward to when my schedule is less hectic and I can start running again.
I’m legit so proud of myself.
Let’s see how my husband handles a meatless meal.
Which in itself makes me really proud since it’s march.
Obviously, this will not be a trend and I’ll be right back on the wagon tomorrow morning.
